As a non-profit organization, the Cook Center's mission is focused on providing the best mental health and suicide prevention resources for students, parents, and staff across the nation.

Families have found hope in heartbreak. And thanks to a generous grant from the Cook Center, the following resources are available at no cost:

  • ParentGuidance.org: Access over 50 therapist-written courses available 24/7 on-demand and in private.

  • MyLifeIsWorthLiving.org: Explore the first animated teen web-series that addresses various tough issues facing teens today.

These resources are not to be used in place of consulting with your pediatrician, counselor, or medical expert.

If your child is in crisis, please call 911.

If you have additional questions please reach out to our student support services.
